Nigel is turning into a cat, Catherine, his wife seems unconcerned by this. As if this isn't enough the new neighbours are getting steamed because of a shovel of something unpleasant...
This, combined with the fight in the tree with the magpie, a dotty old mother and the arrival of Catherine's carnival clown brother, Billy, all leads to one inescapable conclusion...
